Wellington, Last Night. After 1.30. this morning, further discussion took place on Mr vVilson'& motion in favor of reduction of railway freight, which was ultimately agreed to on the voices. Mr W. Green then mo\ ed a further amendment on the question of going into Supply, that the proposed county ofWaihemo should not be proclaimed a county under tbo act After some discussion, the dehate was adjourned, and the House rose at 2.30. until noon to-day.
