SCHEDULE.
272.— J. W. Walker, Water Race • commencing at two points about a mile above the old Tui Claim, on Ruakaka Creek, including both branches of the creek, and terminating at a point about 200 yards above the Slaughter-house. The length of such race is nearly two miles, and its intended course is westerly. The mean depth and breadth of such race is three feet by two feet. It is capabale of carrying two sluice heads of water ; and the number of sluice heads, of 40 inches each, which it is proposed to appropriate is two. 273. -J. W. Walker, Water Race ; commencing at a point about a mile above the old Goldfield Claim, on Pah Creek, and terminating about 300 yards under the hill. The length of such race is about two miles, or thereabouts, and its intended course is westerly. The mean breadth and depth of such race is three feet by two feet. It is capable of carrying two sluice heads of water, and the number of sluice heads, of forty inches each, which it is proposed to appropriate is two.
