DUNEDIN, Last Night.
The New Zealand Woodware Factory Company held a meeting to-day. Mr Larnach presided. The business was to confirm a resolution previously passed to wind up the company's affairs. A motion was proposed to adjourn, for the purpose of enabling the North Island shareholders to send down proxies, but as it appeared that the majority had already furnished proxies the proposition was withdrawn. The resolution was then confirmed, and Messrs Larnach, Brown and Stronach were appointed liquidators.
