Night. ,-, The residence of Mr Jacob, Joseph was burglariously entered early" onjFriday morning. The 1 noise made awoke Mr Joseph's sou, who-fired.a revolver at the burglar, but the shot missed its mark aud entered the top Of a sofa. The man escaped. There is no clue to the perpetrator. , j ■
