NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Trustees of the above district to meet in the office of the Board on Saturday, 26th August, 1882, at 7 p.m., for the purpose of STRIKING A RATE of Ninepeuce (9d) in the £ on all rateable property in the district, for the period from Ist April, 1882, and ending 31st March, 1883; and that the said Rate is made due and payable in one instalment on the 14th September, 1882, to the Collector (Mr H. That piece of the old Great South Road, 1909 links in length, containing 1 acre, 3 roods and 25 perches, more or less, situated in the Parish of Taupiri, Provincial District of Auckland, running through part of section 47 and section 48, the property of Mr William Birss.
