The building is 40ft. by 50ft., nearly all first-class kauri, divided into four separate apartments, and all roofed with corrugated iron. There is between 30cwt. -and 35cwt. corrugated iron on the building. Tenders will be received till next SATURDAY, 26th inst. The highest or any other tender not necessarily accepted. J. S. BUCKLAND.
