TENDERS arc invited and will be received till 4 p.m. on FRIDAY, the 25th instant, from competent engineers, for preparing plans uith estimated cost for a system of DRAINAGE required on both sides the river of the above borough. Maps of the towns showing the approximate distances and direction of the courses proposed and all particulars may be seen at this office, and at the Town Clerk's office, Auckland. Address. Town Clerk's Office, Hamilton, 12th August, 1882. *T1 E N D E R S . The undersigned invites TENDERS for the PURCHASE of the LARGE BARN at Gwynnelands, lately in the occupation of Mr A. A. Fantham. The building is 40ft. by 50ft., nearly all first-class kauri, divided into four separate apartments, and all roofed with corrugated iron. There is between 30cwt. -and 35cwt. corrugated iron on the building. Tenders will be received till next SATURDAY, 26th inst. The highest or any other tender not necessarily accepted. J. S. BUCKLAND.
