Sir, — We observe under the head of " Waikato News" in the N. Z. Herald, " That Robert Newell ia to be arrested, and charged with leaving his wife in a destitute state." We beg to say that Robert Newell's credit was good 'in our store for any necessaries his wife required up to the time of her removal to Hamilton.
