Cetewayo to be Re-instated. London, August 15. In the House of Commons to-day the Hon. A. C. Ashley, Under-Secretary for the Colonies, stated, in reply to a question, that the Government had decided to restore Cetewayo to the sovereignly of the Zulu tribe, but that he would be required to receive British residents in his dominions, and that sufficient land would be reserved for those Zulu chiefs and people who objected to acknowledge the king's authority.
