THE LATEST. The Khedive Refuses an Amnesty.— The Rebels Withdraw. Alexandria, July 27.
It is now known that the Khedive has definitely refused to entertain the recommendation of his Ministers that an amnesty should be granted to the superior rebel officers at Kalradowar if they surrendered. No further fighting has taken place at Ramleh, and Arabi's .followers, the rebel outposts which have hitherto been patrolling the country in the vicinity of the village, have been withdrawn from before the British entrenchments, and nothing can now be seen of them from the camp.
