London July In the House of Commons last night the Arrears of Rents in Ireland Bill, providing for payment by state of a portion of the arrears due by tenants, such payments to be taken out of the surplus funds, of the Irish church, was again under consideration in committee. Atter further discussion, the whole of the clauses Avere agreed to and the measure was passed through committee.
