I, TIIADDKUS VICVRS FITZPATRICK, Returning Officer for the Onewhero Riding, County of Raglan, do hereby give notice, in accordance with Counties Act, 1876, and 10th clause of Local Elections Act, 1576, that I appoint TUESDAY, the 4th of July, 1882, for the ELECTION of one Councillor for the Onewhero Riding, and TUESDAY, the 27tli June, 1882, at the hour of 12 o'clock noon the time, and the Mercer Sawmills (opposite Mercer), the place for the NOMINATION of Candidates.
