CIIRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Tiik attendance at the Exhibition up to Saturday amounted to 184,000. The experiment of lighting Lyttelton Harbour with electric light was made on Saturday evening, and proved very successful. WELLINGTON, Last Night. It is stated that His Excellency will leave for Fiji in H.M.S. Miranda on Thursday. At the Hutt, a train ran into a horse this morning; no damage was done to the locomotive, but the horse Avas terribly injured. A young man named Russell, was thrown from his horse on Saturday, and had his collar bone broken, in addition to severe wounds about the head, and his condition is critical. Hall's comedy company afterasuccessful season of four nights, left for Auckland this evening.
