WAIKATO FELLMONGERY COMPANY.

A mektixu of the provisional directors was held at their offices, Ngaruawahia, on Saturday, 27th May. There were piesent : — Capt. Lindsay, (chairman), j Messrs Byron, Frj&er, and Rathboine. The secretary reported that Mr Browne, the company's manager, having approved of the site selected by the direotois No. 107, suburbs of Newcastle North, he had made an agreement with the owner for its purchase. It was resolved that Messrs Whitaker and Sheehan be coinmuuicated with to make out the articles of association, so that the company could be icgistered. The manager notified his intention of at once going round the district to purchase skins, &c.
