THE WAIKATO CHEESE AND BAGON FACTORY COMPANY LIMITED),

A meeting of the directors of the company was held at their offices, Whyte's Building, Hamilton, last night, for the puipose of alloting shares and opening tenders for factory site. There weie present : Mr S. T. Seddon (chairman) Capt, Steele, Messrs B. Wood, I. Coates, and John Knox. The number of shares applied for in the district of Hamilton was 1930, out of a total to be allotted of 2500. The returns from the Auckland agents are not yet to hand. Eleven tenders were opened for factory sites,, and the directois proceed this morning to inspect the various properties, and report to an adjourned meeting on Friday evening.
