LATEST A UCKLAND NEWS, [BY TELEGRAPH.— OWN CORRESPONDENT.]
Auckland, Last Night. At the inquest upon a body found in the Rangitoto channel, yesterday, Sergeant Martin deposed that the features were entirely gone, and no marks of violence had been discovered upon it. Deceased was identified as J. B. Hunter, late clerk to Mr Barber. The evidence pointed to the suicide of deceased in consequence of the discovery of some petty larcenies.
