COTTON AND CO. • have been favored with instructions from the Trustees of tne late John Kekr, Cambridge, to offer for POSITIVE SALE, by Public Auction, on the 30th June next, the following Property :—: — Hautapu, Banks County.— Lots 285, 286 (each 50 Acres), and 288, with portion of 289, making 150 Acres in all. These sections adjoin, and are situated next Messrs Hally's Farm, Mangakawa, about three miles from Cambridge, and near Fen Court j Station. They have also instructions from the respective owners to sell on same date (if not previously sold by privat* arrangement) — 2 Sections of 50 Acres each in Wangamarino, Banks County, and 2 Acres, Cambridge East, and 1 Acre, Cambridge West.
