[OIROOLAR.] Hamilton, April 14th, 1882. TO THE INHABITANTS OF CAMBRIDGE AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS. —I, W. H. Kelly, of Hamilton, Carrier and so forth, beg to state that I am prepared to cart goods, per ton, from Hamilton Station to Cambridge cheaper than it is now done by steamer from Ngaruawahia : and that I will guarantee prompt and safe delivery at once, if supported. You may say the thing is impossible : that I cannot carry goods as cheap as steamer ; so I will enter into figures to show that I can. Now, up to the present, the through rates from Ngaruawahia to Cambridge have been : Class A 19s, B 19s, C 18s, D 17s, ami E 13s; and add cartage to this it will make it over £1 a ton. Now, lam prepared to cart it at £1 per ton, and, if I get a load back, half price. And, as lam in constant communication with the Railway Station, and know most of its regulations regarding freight and so forth, you may rely on your interests being looked after, and on no account will you be charged with storage, as I will pay it, if any demands 1 are made re above. I may also say that I am getting a spring trap built and a waggon, which will be ready in a few days, and as I have two drays also I will guarantee to deliver 20 tons per week. The railway rates to Hamilton have now been lowered, so that there is little difference between it and Ngaruawahia, on some classes only 13d per ton.

PARTIES having 50 to 100 Acres of LAND to dispose of in the vicinity of Hamilton East, suitable for the proposed Cheese and Bacon Factory, are invited to place the same under offer to the Provisional Directors until the loth May, stating terms — either Lease with right to purchase, or lowest cash price for sale. Written offers to be forwarded to the undersigned, marked "Tender," addressed to the Chairman of the Provisional Directors. JOHN KNOX, Hon. Sec.

WAIKATO.— We are sorry if you are growing weary of reading our advertisement, uecause we feel it is for out mutual benefit that you should do so. It is good, healthy, cheerful reading — so different to most of the stuff that we- are deluged with — the reader rises from it refreshed, and in every way more fitted for the battle of life. Listen to the great voice ol the Te Rahu Sawmill, ever thundering forth the intelligence where the very best timber is to be obtianed. It speaks words of comfort, to the struggling settler longing for a better homestead. It tells him of timber being sold so low as to be within the reach of all. It announces to the harrassed contractor pressed for time, the invigorating news that he can get everything he wants put on the ground right away, wherever he happens to have taken his contract. Come and see the giants of the forest rapidly transformed into magnificent building timber, free from knots and shakes, and regular even as the leaves of a book,- and you> will "be sure to leave us an order. Communications* by mail or wire,' swiftly attended to. v^ COULTHARD BROS. " Te Rahu Saw and Planing Mills, Te Awamutu. ________
