NEW PLYMOUTH, Yesterday. Wirkmu Hiroki was brought up at the Supreme Court this morning, charged with the murder of John McLean, at Momehake, on the 19th September, 1878. Mv Samuel appeared for the Crown, and Mr Richmond for the prisoner. The case is proceeding.
