PURSUANT to the provisions of " The Licensing Act, 1881," 1, S. E. Stafford, Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the Licensing District of Te Aroha, do hereby appoint Saturday, the 13th day of May, 1882, as the day, and the Court-house, Te Aroha, as the place at which a poll (commencing at 9 a.m. and closing at 6 p.m.) of the ratepayers of the said Licensing District will be taken to determine whether the number of Publican's or Accomodation Licenses may, or may not respectively be increased.
