There is a good Dwelling-house and Outbuildings, Orchard, Garden, and Plantations, &c. This property is situated about midway between Cambridge and Ohaupo, close to the Waikato River, surrounded by some of the best cultivated farms in the Waikato. A portion of it is now let at the rate of £150 per annum, and is at present in the occupation of Mr H. J. Turner, who is leaving the district. Immediate possession.
