BY TELEGRAPH, OWN CORRESPONDENT. Auckland, Last Night.

He "was ready to meet the Hmemoa on her arrival with Sir George Grey this morning, and the steamer got out again by the same title. It is believed that all the late ministers, with the exception of Hall, will, rejoin, Rolleston taking over portfolio of Minister of Public Works, vacated, caused by the withdrawal of Hall, which will probably be left unfilled until after Parliament meets.
