DISTRESSING SUICIDE AT WAIT AR . [BY TELEGRAPH.] New Plymouth, Thursday.
Mr HaLse, a well-known solicitor at New Plymouth, committed suicide this taonmg at Waitava by taking strychnine. It is stated that deceased had made away with trust moneys amounting to'about £20,000, and his affairs are in .'hopeless confusion.
