The Supreme, Court was occupied all day to-day with the charge of manslaughter at the Oxford racecourse on Boxing Day against'rMikaere Te Papa. The council for 'prosecution believes iliat the trial will occupy three or four days. , Several membere of the A.C. Force who' were at the Oxford races have been subppened for the defence. The evidence so far'discloses nothing new.
