» TO TlfK KDITOII. Sir, — In my letter which appears in your issue of <ltli mst., I find that I have made a mistake and wiongfully accused the county clerk, to whom I beg to apologise. In your previous issue, mre Kirikiriroa Assessment Coiut, you stated that Mr T. McDonalds letter turned up in the council chambers, and as Mr McD informed me he lud posted tlie letter at Ngarmuvahia, I naturally fell into the error, for winch I apologise. — I am, etc., Ratepayer.
