A proclamation declaring Sydney no longer an infected place appears in a supplementary Gazette, issued this morning. The railway revenue for the current financial year, up to the 7th ultimo, amounted to £668,462, of which working expenses absorbed 58 per cent. For the , corresponding period last year the receipts were £624,210, and the expenditure 64 per cent. A despatch received from the Secretary of State for, the Colonies gives a, list of Acts passed during last session, in respect to which 1 Her Majesty, "will not be advised to exercis6,her .power of disallowance." Th'elist includes all measured passed last session' except the Chinese Act and the Divorce Amendment Act, which wer*e ßeturned for' the'Queen's assent, and concerning which-Her • Majesty Vpleasure has not been made known.
