RAGLAN JOCKEY CLUB.

A meeting of the Raglan Jockey Club was held in the Harbour View Hotel, Raglan, on the 28th ultimo. There was a good attendance of members. After some formal business had been disposed of, the election of permanent officers took place, with the following results, vizi : President, Mr H. Brettargh j judge, Mr T. Wilson, sen. ; hon. sec, Mr R. C. Matthias j starter, Mr 8. Wilson ; clerk of the Bcales, Mr G. Horsey ; clerk of the course, Mr W: Barlow,; handicappers, Messrs Graham, Bishop, and King j stewards, Messrs L. Sutton, Pook, Moon, Gilmour, Master, Jerome, Munroe, Galvin; Johnstone, Mita Karaka, and Penetenana. — It was decided to adopt the Auckland Racing. Cluti rules, ana that the . club should conduct all their affairs „ in accordance wth them.
