IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF AUCKLAND, HOLDEN AT HAMILTON. In Bankruptcy. In the matter of ' ' The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876," and the Acts amending the same, and of the bankruptcy of EDWARD SHEPHERD, of Ngaruawahia, in the Provincial district of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand, Hotelkeeper, a Debtor.
THIS is to notify that a sufficient number of the Creditors of the said Edward Shepherd not having attended at the first meeting, appointed to be held at the District Courthouse, at Hamilton, on the 27th day of January, ultimo, at 3 o'clock p.m., the said meeting stood adjourned till the following day, at the same place and hour, and at such adjourned meeting a sufficient number of the creditors of the said Edward Shepherd not having attended, I have, pursuant to section 46 of the said act, appointed Thomas Macfkarlane of Auckland, a certificated accountant in bankruptcy, to be the Creditors' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Edward Shepherd, and that the said Thomas Macffarlane has signified in writing to me his acceptance of such Trusteeship.
