NINETEENTH INTERPROVINCIAL CRICKET MATCH. [BY TELEGRAPH.—OWN CORRESPONDENT.] Dunedin, Last Night.

The nineteenth Intevprovincial cricket match commenced on the Caledonian grounds to-day. Owing to the heavy rain the ground was very dead, and a strong south-wester was also blowing. Spring, the Otago captain, winning the toss, elected to go to the wickets, sending Davenport and Rose to face the bowling of Fuller and Chapman. At lunch the score was 73 for five wickets.
