NEW ZEALAND AFFAIRS AT HOME. [PER CABLE.]
A Reutkb's telegram, dated London, January 16th, reports as follows :—: — The Times, referring to the late trouble with Te Whiti and his followers, says that doubtless the New Zealand Government, in dealing with the native question, will be actuated by a due regard to the native interest. The Appeal Court ordered that the Haven Gold Mining Company, which has been in difficulties for some time, shall be wound up immediately.
