Vienna, January 23. Intelligence received from Bosnia states that the insurgents there are being rapidly augmented, and now comprise a large body of men armed with Snider rifles. A difficulty, which has arisen regarding the payment of sustenance money during the period of quarantine, is between the passengers and the agent of the Orient Company, who demands payment from the former. Government has been referred to, but declines to interfere in the dispute.
