THE "CLOTURE" IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS. [PER CABLE.]
A Reutkb's telegram, dated London January 13th, reports : — A proposal of Government to introduce a modified form of the "Cloture"in the House of Commons, for the purpose of overcoming the systematic obstruction adopted during the recent session by the Irish members, has excited much discussion re Treland. The idea is greatly ridiculed. It is openly asserted that it will prove ineffectual to secure the object desired.
