NOTICE. WHEREAS under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1876," judgment was given upon the 19th day of February, 1881, in the Resident Magistrate's Court sitting at .Hamilton, Waikato, for the sum of two pounds el yen shillings and eightpenoe (£2 Us 8d), being arrears ot rates due by Charles Christie, or owner of Lot 13, situate in the Parish of Kirikiriroa, in the Kirikiriroa Highway District, Waikato.
