IxvERCARGiUi. — Our correspondent .wired last night :— Judgment was given iv the R.M. Court to-day in the case of Daniel Weber Wallace, who was charged with aiding and abetting personation in the recent election. Three charges were preferred, and the Court held the evidence in each case sufficient for committal of defendant to take his trial at the next sitting af the Supreme Court. Bail was allowed ; the amount in each case being — defendant in £100, and two sureties in £50 each. ■ f
