The Londonderry Election. London, December 7. Sir Samuel Wilson, the defeated candidate for Londpnde-ry, -hreatens a petition against the election of Mr Porter, Q.C., the newly -appointed •Solicitor-General ,for Ireland, on, the ground that he used indirect means for bribery to gain the seat. A severe storm, accompanied by heavy thunder and lightning, was experienced here yesterday, during which two persons were struck by lightning and killed instantaneously.
