"DARNLEY." Bay, foaled Ist May, 1879, got by Darnley (No. 222), Clydesdale Mud-bcok. Dam, The Countess by Knockdon (441), Clydesdale Stud-book, who gained the Auchterarder Piemium. He was got by Campsie (119), who was a Highland Society's winner at Kelso, and many other piemiums. Dainley (222) i 9 by Conqueror (119), Dam, Peirgy, by Samson alias Logaiis Tom (741). He won Second piize at the Highland Society's S«how at Stirling in iS73.
