DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT. (PER TELEGRAPH. )
Wellington last night. The Press Association reports :— A proclamation dissolving Parliament was drawn up today, and it was expected it would have been signed during the afternoon. Prom some unexpected cause, however, its signing has been delayed.
