TO THE EDITOR. Sin, — On visiting Kihikihi yesterday, I Ywi*> much distressed to see the number of children in and about thnfc township who were not attending any school in consequence of the misguided aud evil disposed men of the committee, who wish to carry out their own malicious end-*.
