The German Reichstag. Berlin, October 29.
The election for the German Reichstag resulted unfavourably for the Government, which now has no working majority in Parliament. Among the defeated Ministerial candidates was the son of Bismarck. There has been a large increase in the number of Socialist candidates elected.
