Saturday.— Tamabere, and Cambridge at Carter's Stables. He was bred by Mr Patterson, Wanganui. His sire, Wellington, is acknowledged to be one of the finest horses imported to New Zealand. Hi 4 dam was an imported mare from Hobart Town, and, when exhibited, received every firstclass prize as a Brood Mare. " Young 1 Wellington " stands 17 hands in height j his colour is a beautiful dark dappled brown ; he has a wonderful docile temper; has good action, and for symmetry he has not his equal in the country. " Young Wellington " has proved himself a sure foal-getter, and thoroughly staunch in harness. " Young Wellington's" stock, for size, symmetry, and action, cannot be sur'pasted.
