The Affghan Insurrection. Calcutta, September 22.
September Official telegrams from Affghanistan report that the rival forces of the Ameer and Ayoub Khan are still in the neighborhood of Kandahar. The Ameer's army is said to be greatly inferior to that of Ayoub's.
