September Russian and German official newspapers are almost unanimous in declaring that the meeting which took place last month at Gastien between the Emperors of Germany and Austria, and recently at Daut/ic between the Czar and the Emperor William, testify fully to the reunion of the three Emperors, and afford a guarantee of European peace.
