The Franco-Tunisian Difficulty. Paris, September 14.

Intelligence is to hand from Tunis, reporting that the Frqncb. troops were recently despatched to the seaport of Tousa, in consequence of the threatening attitude of the Arabs toward* the inhabitants. They hare now arrived at the town, and have occupied it in foroe. No opposition was met with from the Arabs, who had retirod from the neighbourhood before the arrival of the troops. Further telegrams to hand announce that a strong body of insurgents has occupied Teboulba, a small port a few miles south of Tousa, and has taken up a strong position.
