September It has transpired that Cherif Pasna has definitely declined the call of the Khedive, that he should accept the Presidency of the Council ot Ministers. He informed Bfis Majeaty that he could not consent to submit to the dictation of the military. The crisis in this country continues to increase/ and the s mutineers in the army are now assuming the must menacing attitude.
