Mr Watt, accountant/ in the Bank of New Zetland, has been appointed acting manager of the Christchurch branch, and leaves Auckland on Tuesday. Board of Education. ' A statement submitted to the Board of Education to-day showed that the Board is greatly overdrawn upon the school building account.
