Intelligence from the hcene of the railway accident at Jolimount shows that four persons have been killed, viz., Mr G.irrett, the Baptist minister of Brighton ; Mr Jamenon, law clerk ; Mr Balliere, publisher; and a labourer, whose name U unknown. The following are the names of those injured seriously : — Messrs Bliss and Lyons, both auctioneers Slightly injured : — Major Geach, Mr For bury, of the Crown Lands Office, and Messrs. Elmstic, Stephen, Ben wick, and otheis.
