Representation. On the House resuming at 7.30, ' The Clerk read the Order of the Day for going into committee on the Representation Bill. The Speaker at once left the chair. On going into committee, Mr Seddon moved a new clause. A motion to report progress was negatived by 42 to 21. The discussion is still going on on Mr Seddon 's clause.
