Thin is to Notify that at the First Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named George Bendall, held at the District Court House, Hamilton, this day, William Jaggs, of Cambridge, aforesaid, tailor, was elected Crcditois' Trustee in Bankruptcy of the property of the said Debtor, and that the said William Jaggs has signified in writing to me his acceptance of the said Trusteeship, and I hereby certify the said election and acceptance as aforesaid.
