PUBLIC NOTIFICATION. To Ratepayers and Stockowners of the Cambridge Highway District. ''i ; V UPON an Application made by the Cambridge Highway District Board, the Waikato County Council have resolved, under Provision contained in Section 2QQ of the Counties Act, 1876, to ;Establish and Maintain a Public Pound,' to be placed under the control and supervision of tbe Cambridge Highway Board, at Hautapu, on part of Section 1, Hamilton Survey District, To be known as the Hautapu Public Pound. All the Provisions of the Impounding Act (Auckland), 18G6, shall apply to the said.Pdund. James Thomas Camp is hereby appointed Poundkeeper, and the following fees and charges are hereby fixed by the Waikato County Council, in term 9 of Sub -Sections 2 and 3 of the .Counties Act, 1876, and shall be deemed to be fiies and charges payable under the Impounding Act (Auckland), 1866, viz. : — t Scale of Fees : s. d. For Horses and Cattle per head 2 6 For Sheep under 20 in number, each 0 2 For Sheep ovsr 20 and under 50, each 0 ]£ For Sheep over 50, each ... 0 1 For Swine and Goats each "... 0 5 The above to be paid to the Poundkeeper for each day or part of a day during which the animals are kept in Pound.
Charges, for Pood: For Horses, 2s ; for Cattle, Is ; for Sheep, 3d ; for Swine and Goats, 3d. To the Ratepayers of the Hamilton Highway District. rpAKE NOTICE. — The Hamilton X Highway District Board propose to Stop the undei mentioned Roads, and, with consent of owners, take land for Roads in lieu thereof. Plans and accurate descriptions may be inspected by Ratepayers at the office of the undersigned, for twelve consecutive weeks from the date hereof. Roads to be Closed. A road containing 5 acres 1 rood 22 perches, more or less ; bounded on the West by Lots 132 and j 133, Parish of Te Rajja, and on the East by Lots 129, 130, and 131, Parish of Te Rapa, the property of Mr W. F. Hunt. A road containing 2 acres 1 rood 4 perches, more or less, running North-easterly through the Northern portion of Lot 131, Parish of Te Rapa, the property of Mr W. F. Hunt. A road containing 2 acres and 22 perches, more or less ; bounded on the North-east by Lot 127, Parish of Te Rapa, a Government Reserve, and on the Southwest by Lot 121, Parish of Te Rapa, the property of Mr A.
