rpo THE ELECTORS OF WAIPA Gentlemen, —In fairness to my numerons friends and supporters in the Waipa Electorate I think it right to inform you that I shall be a candidate for your suffrages at the coming general election. lam awaro that it is unusual to announce such an intention at a date so early as the present, but I am driven into the position by the rumors that are being so industriously circulated throughout the district at thp present time.
