Ministerial Crisis in Egypt. Alexandria, August 13. A Ministerial crisis has occurred in this country, which has resulted in serious discontent manifesting 1 itself m the Egyptian army. Osman P.isha Refki, Minister for War, has been dismissed by the Khedive. It is understood that His Majesty, in view of a crisis, debires to assume the pobition of President to the Council of Ministers.
